Leadership Autobiography

To inspire others to get 100% on board with you, you need to let others in and have them learn more about you. To know is to understand and to understand is to trust.

In order to let others learn about you, your philosophies, your values and leadership, you need to be aware of these yourself. You want to understand what drives you, how your experiences have shaped your views, your core beliefs, your strengths, your weaknesses, and so on. If you’re not clear on how these look for yourself, you certainly can’t describe them to others.

Here is a Leadership Autobiography to support you in gaining clarity about and commitment to your unique leadership style and purpose.

I’ve used this in many programs for leaders at all levels, and here’s what a few of them had to say:

“I use this leadership autobiography to help me write the context for every communication I write. So helpful!”

“After completing this leadership autobiography, all decision-making is easier.”

“This process has helped me feel more confident and authentic as a leader.”
